L’Ébène welcomes you to her 78 m² (838 sq. ft.) house, designed to accommodate up to 5 people. From the moment you arrive, let yourself be captivated by a unique atmosphere, where every detail invites you to escape. Inspired by an ethnic world with African influences, L’Ébène offers you much more than a stay: an elegant retreat, a true slice of another world, ideal for recharging your batteries as a couple, with family, with friends, or for a business trip. The space You will enjoy a harmonious living space including: 🛋️ Living Area On the ground floor, the living room, equipped with two high-end sofas, one of which is a sofa bed (188 x 140 cm), provides the perfect space to relax in complete tranquility. A convivial table allows you to share your meals with up to 5 guests, while the HD TV, fiber Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating ensure optimal comfort in any season. Laundry facilities are available for your use. You will find a washing machine, clothes drying rack, ironing board, iron, and vacuum cleaner. A separate toilet and a bar complete this living space. 🍳 Kitchen & amenities The fully equipped kitchen combines practicality and modernity: cooktop with range hood, microwave, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, Senseo coffee machine, kettle, and toaster. You also have everything you need for cooking. Dishes are provided for 5 people. Consumables are at your disposal, as well as basic staples (salt, pepper, oil, sugar). ☕ Complimentary breakfast: coffee, tea, still water, jam, Nutella, and a few sweets for a delightful start to the day. 🛏️ Bedrooms Upstairs, two stylish bedrooms welcome you with a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. Each has a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm), an HD TV, wall lamps with integrated reading lights, functional storage, and A/C and heating for comfort in any season. 🛁 Bathroom The modern and spacious bathroom is equipped with a large shower (160 x 90 cm), toilet, vanity unit with mirror, and a heated towel rail. For your convenience, there is also a hairdryer, a hair straightener, and a laundry basket. 🧴 Comfort & services Linens are fully provided: towels, gloves, sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, duvets, bolster pillows For your well-being, the following are provided: soap, shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner. When it comes to cleaning, everything is provided: laundry detergent, fabric softener, stain remover, and cleaning supplies. Baby 👶 amenities A travel crib with mattress, fitted sheet, changing mat, small towel, night light, and some toys are at your disposal. Upon request, we can also provide a high chair, bottle warmer, or bouncer. 🌿 Outdoor & Parking You can enjoy a private terrace, open from spring to fall, equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue, perfect for sharing pleasant moments outdoors. Private access allows you to reach the parking lot located about 30 meters from the accommodation. This one, which is not covered or enclosed, can accommodate up to two vehicles.
