Charming Victorian House in Coastal Town

Description

Kinnaird is a beautiful 3 bedroom house from the Victorian era located in the idyllic town of Girvan on the Ayrshire coast. The house is walking distance from the local train station and just steps away from the beach with its picturesque promenade and spectacular views of Ailsa Craig and the Isle of Arran. The space Kinnaird has been in our family since the late 1940s and we have lovingly restored it for public use. You can enjoy a peaceful getaway here, with all the comforts of home and the use of modern amenities. The Master Bedroom is spacious indeed as it looks out both onto the front and rear garden and you have a fine view of Ailsa Craig from here. Guest access Guests can access a fully functional kitchen complete with stove top, oven, microwave and washing machine. The dining room seats six and the sitting room is ideal for family time or a games night with friends. The Breakfast Room with its cozy fireplace is perfect for a nice cuppa and hearty breakfast before heading out to explore the friendly town. Street parking is amply available right in front of the property.
