Opening in May 2026, the Gite du Château des Brétignolles welcomes you in the heart of a 25-hectare estate, in an environment of absolute calm, just a few minutes from Chinon. Completely renovated with respect for its historical heritage, this exceptional place combines authenticity, fine materials and contemporary comfort. Nestled in a green park, the 1830 building of tufa stone typical of the region, offers a rare, warm and authentic atmosphere, sublimated by exposed beams, period fireplaces and generous volumes bathed in natural light. Spacious 220 m² gîte spread over three levels, ideal for stays with family or friends. On the ground floor, you will discover a friendly stay equipped with a sofa, a coffee table, a 4K OLED TV, a piano and a library. The kitchen open to the dining room is fully equipped (oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, sink, hob, coffee machine, toaster) and has a large dining table. On the first floor, two identical suites offer all the necessary comforts, with a 160 x 200 cm double bed, a luggage rack, a wardrobe, a reading area, as well as a private shower room and toilet. On the landing, a small living room with sofa and coffee table allows you to relax.
