Nestled in a green park, the 1830 building of tufa stone typical of the region, offers a rare, warm and authentic atmosphere, sublimated by exposed beams, period fireplaces and generous volumes bathed in natural light. Spacious cottage of 190 m² spread over three levels, ideal for stays for families or groups of friends. On the ground floor, you will discover a friendly stay equipped with a sofa, a coffee table, a 4K OLED TV, a piano and a library. The kitchen open to the dining room is fully equipped (oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, sink, hob, coffee machine, toaster) and has a large dining table. On the first floor, two identical suites offer all the necessary comforts with a double bed of 160 cm, a luggage rack, a wardrobe, a reading nook, as well as a shower room and a private toilet. On the landing, a small living room with sofa and coffee table allows you to relax.
