This pristine, standalone home in the heart of Notsuke Peninsula was fully renovated in 2021. It offers a private, peaceful retreat where you can experience majestic nature and local wildlife right at your doorstep. The house is fully equipped with a kitchen, laundry facilities, and a dryer, making it perfect for comfortable long-term stays. It also serves as an ideal base for exploring Eastern Hokkaido, located just an hour from Shiretoko and Nemuro, and 90 minutes from Lake Mashu. The space Layout： ・Living Room ・Full Kitchen ・2 Western-style Bedrooms ・1 Japanese-style Bedroom (Tatami) ・Bathrooms: 1 Full Bathroom, 1 Shower Room, and 2 Toilets. Kitchen： The kitchen is fully equipped for your use. It features a 2-burner stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, rice cooker, and electric kettle. We also provide a full set of cookware (pots, pans) and basic seasonings (oil, salt, pepper, soy sauce), so you can enjoy cooking just like at home. Laundry： A washer/dryer and laundry detergent are available for your convenience—perfect for guests staying multiple nights. Bedrooms： ・Bedroom 1 (Western): 2 Double beds, 1 Single bed ・Bedroom 2 (Western): 2 Single beds (En-suite toilet included) ・Japanese Room: 2 Sets of Futon mats Amenities & Facilities： ・Entertainment/Appliances: TV, Refrigerator, Microwave, Rice Cooker, Electric Kettle, Toaster, Washer/Dryer. ・Climate Control: Air conditioning in every room. ・Bath & Essentials: Bath towels, face towels, disposable toothbrushes, hairdryer, body soap, shampoo, conditioner, facial toner, moisturizer, and cotton swabs. Please Note: We do not provide pajamas/sleepwear. Please bring your own. Guest access As this is a private rental, all rooms are available for your use, except for areas marked for staff only. Other things to note Check-in ・Self Check-in: We use a contactless self check-in system. ・Check-in Time: 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM. ・Access: Detailed instructions will be sent to you the day before your arrival. Check-out ・Please check out by 10:00 AM. Cleaning staff will arrive promptly at this time. Multi-night Stays ・Housekeeping: To ensure your privacy, we do not provide daily cleaning or towel/linen changes. Please use the on-site washer and dryer for your laundry. ・Trash: If you need trash collected during your stay, please contact us to arrange a pickup. House Rules ・No children under 6 (due to a lack of child-friendly facilities). However, booking is possible if this is not a concern for you. ・No Smoking: The entire building is strictly non-smoking. ・Quiet Hours: This is a very peaceful area. Please keep noise to a minimum when outdoors. ・No Pets: We do not allow pets on the property. ・Dining: Please refrain from eating or drinking in the bedrooms. ・Damages: Any damage to the facilities or equipment will be charged to the guest. ・Nature Notice: Due to our location in nature, insects may occasionally find their way indoors.
