Welcome to our charming little 45 m² house, very bright, a renovated former farm shed, surrounded by nature, located in the municipality of Lardier-et-Valença (Hautes-Alpes), conveniently situated between Gap and Sisteron. This small, cozy, air-conditioned home, full of character, can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. Perfect for couples, families, or friends looking to discover the nature, culture, and spectacular landscapes of the Southern Alps. The space After 3 years of renovation, this charming little house is ready to welcome you. The ground floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a living room with a very comfortable 160 x 190 cm sofa bed, and a toilet. Upstairs, you can enjoy the bedroom with a high-quality queen-size bed and a bathroom. For the more curious and sporty, another 80 x 190 cm bed is also available on the mezzanine... accessed via a ladder. Outside, a large terrace will allow you to enjoy beautiful views of the garden, the rest of the large property, and the Durance Valley. Parking is available on the private property for at least two cars. You will find yourself in a green setting, in a cool environment, in close proximity to hiking trails, scenic roads, and nature spots. Guest access Location & Accessibility: The cottage is located in the Durance Valley, in the municipality of Lardier-et-Valença, south of La Saulce, a sunny village set in an alpine landscape between Gap and Sisteron—easily accessible by car via the A51 motorway or the RN 85 Napoléon road. The proximity to major roads makes the house ideal for short stays or longer explorations of the area.
