Everything you need to feel like home. This is a completely renovated family cottage with board games and a fire pit to roast marshmallows. On a quiet road just steps from the beach. The space The beach is less than a one-minute walk from the cottage. It features a sandy shoreline with a short rocky entry into the water, leading to soft sand just a few feet out, perfect for swimming and relaxing. Your stay includes access to kayaks, and life jackets, along with lawn chairs, sand toys, a beach wagon, and complimentary firewood for your convenience. The back yard hosts a firepit, table and chairs. Everything you need to roast marshmallows and relax after a great day at the beach. Guest access The property has a back and side yard, lots of space to throw or kick a ball. Please be mindful of the neighbours and avoid their property. Other things to note The not so fun stuff but important to note when visiting our cottage: - Lake flies are seasonal and non-biting. They like to sneak in at night as they are attracted to lights. Use the vacuum to remove them and try your best to ensure the doors are closed quickly. - Mosquitoes may be present at dusk. Bug spray is recommended outdoors. - The cottage is serviced by a rural cistern water system. Guests may occasionally hear the water pump when water is being used, which is typical of cottage properties.
