In the lower part of the apartment is the bedroom with a double bed (single mattresses 90 x 200 cm), cozy under the pitched roof with sunlounger and a spacious bedroom closet. The modern shower room with underfloor heating was completely renovated in April 2019. The kitchen unit integrated into the living room was renewed in December 2013 and is well equipped: 4-zone ceramic hob, extractor hood, fridge with freezer compartment, large microwave, dishwasher, ...
