Two hand-built cabins nestled half a mile above Lake Superior's north shore. The Tiny Log Cabin is a rustic 450 sq ft retreat with a full kitchen, gas stove, and iron clawfoot tub. The Bunkhouse is a 350 sq ft modern Scandinavian-inspired escape, with sleeping space for 4, and living space for 8 and a wood-burning fireplace and oven! Both sit minutes from the best of the North Shore: make them your home base. The space This cozy family getaway includes 1 Bedroom, with a custom queen bed built into the double window with nighttime star views, and a lofted reading nook with a futon, the perfect private escape for a kiddo. There is also a couch and a window bench in the living room that can sleep two more people in a pinch. The bathroom includes a beautiful iron clawfoot tub and an instant unlimited instant hot water heater for your all-night bath pleasure. The full kitchen includes a four-burner stainless steel gas stove, stainless fridge, and a folding dining table that can seat as many as 6! You also have access to a 4 burner propane grill outside. Guest access The Log Cabin is located on a compound of several tiny cabins, this rental includes both currently completed units. You will have access to the entire 5 acre property, the firepit with outdoor couches and Adirondack chairs, luxury glass mirrored sauna and private access to the log cabin and BunkHouse. If you are interested in renting ONLY the Log Cabin and not the BunkHouse included in this listing, please see our other listing which excludes the BunkHouse. The other cabins on the property are currently undergoing renovations, at least once a month the owners will be on the property working on the other units. We'll inform you if we plan to be on site, but you will have private use of the log cabin regardless. There is parking for several cars, or an RV camp spot, a 50amp charger for an RV or Electric Car, and even a couple camping spots for your extra adventurous friends. Please note, this is a new listing and a newly renovated cabin, current undergoing construction on the property. Though we've been airbnb hosts for years, we are still working out the quirks and learning about this cabin for ourselves.
