The space One of the highlights of the home is the indoor wellness area, featuring a heated swimming pool (around 28–30°C), indoor spa (38–40°C) and traditional hot stone cedar sauna (80–90°C), providing a wonderful place to relax and recharge in every season. The home comfortably accommodates up to 13 guests, with a maximum capacity of 15 guests by prior arrangement with extra fee. Use of this sixth bedroom incurs an additional fee. Around the home There are two separate lounge areas, each with a 65” Sony Smart TV with Netflix and Stan, providing plenty of space for everyone to relax. During the cooler months, guests can gather around the cosy indoor wood fireplace, with firewood supplied. For year-round comfort, the upstairs level is serviced by a fully ducted heating and cooling system covering all bedrooms, bathrooms and living areas, while the downstairs living area is equipped with a split-system air conditioner. The open-plan kitchen and dining area are perfectly positioned to capture the beautiful views towards Mount Buffalo and are fully equipped for cooking and entertaining. Guests will find an extensive range of crockery, cutlery and glassware, a Mitsubishi double-door fridge, coffee machine with complimentary coffee, a selection of teas and everything needed to prepare meals for family and friends. The home also includes a full laundry with Bosch washing machine and Bosch dryer, along with an iron and ironing board for added convenience. Families travelling with young children will appreciate the bathtubs and baby highchair provided. Located in Myrtleford, the property is within easy reach of Bright, Mount Buffalo National Park, Falls Creek, Beechworth, local wineries and the Murray to Mountains Rail Trail.
