Cedar Grange

Cedar Grange is a stunning Edwardian property set within around 1.5 acres of mature gardens, offering sweeping views across Exmoor National Park and the coastline, with Wales visible on a clear day. It sleeps up to 10 guests across five bedrooms: a super-king room with panoramic Exmoor views, a king-size room with sea views, a further king-size room with Exmoor views, a twin room (which can be linked to form a super-king on request) and a bunk room. The space Each bedroom is on the first floor and has its own TV and en-suite bathroom or shower room, with three offering a shower over the bath and two a shower only. Please note there is no lift, though handrails are fitted on both sides of the staircase. The grand entrance hall sets the tone with high ceilings and plenty of natural light. The ground floor is designed for group living, with a well-equipped kitchen featuring a Rangemaster with gas hob and electric ovens, microwave, large fridge and freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, plus a dining room with a table seating all 10 guests. There are two separate reception rooms: an elegant sitting room overlooking the gardens, and a TV lounge with comfortable seating and a Smart TV. Central heating runs throughout, and electricity, heating and wifi are all included. Outside, the lawned gardens are dotted with mature trees and seating areas, ideal for outdoor dining or simply enjoying the countryside views, and the grounds back onto an orchard and fields where alpacas graze. A dedicated enclosed area with a picnic bench is provided for dogs. Ample private parking is available. The gardens are shared with the owners, who occupy a separate wing, and two further holiday cottages on site. Up to three well-behaved dogs are welcome for a supplement of GBP 25 each. The property is suitable for children, with a cot and highchair available on request. It is not suitable for guests with restricted mobility, as all bedrooms are upstairs. Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout.
