Danube Atelier - The Studio

Industrial-chic studio that sleeps 3! This cool and cozy space blends metal elements with handmade wooden furnishings for a unique vibe. The fully equipped kitchen has industrial metal counters and handmade raw wood shelving Thoughtfully designed for comfort and style, it’s ideal for couples, solo travelers, or small groups. A perfect stay on your bike tour through the Wachau The space The Danube Atelier is a renovated 200 year old school house. It has 3 full apartments and a large studio for yoga and Feldenkrais. Feel free to join a class at a special guest rate during your visit! Clemens and Anne did the renovation themselves using upcycled and reused materials. Clemens‘ woodworking is a special treat! We are located right in town with shop and cafe within walking distance. Fantastic hikes begin right behind the house and beaches on the Danube are only 10 minutes away by foot. There is a free parking lot right behind the house. The Sauna can be used for a small fee. Guest access Enjoy our small lounge with a library and a warm oven, which burns throughout the winter. We invite you to make yourself cozy and read a book. Enjoy the garden with its beautiful cherry tree. There are tables and chairs for morning coffee or afternoon tea. Other things to note Please do take note that the apartment is across the street from the church and the bells do ring at a lower volume through the night. The Greissler across the street is open every morning Monday to Saturday and has supplies for meals. Please note that they are closed on Sundays.
