Welcome to Les Hauts de la Grange. This house is designed for QUIET and peaceful stays. Noisy events, loud music, and parties are not allowed. This place has everything to seduce you: stone walls, stunning views of the valley and unparalleled calm. Two terraces welcome you, one with a private outdoor infinity Jacuzzi. The accommodation features a large, fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, a mezzanine, two bathrooms, a separate toilet on the ground floor, and a large, beautiful living room equipped with reversible air conditioning. Two terraces, a laundry room (washing machine, dryer, freezer). PLEASE CAREFULLY READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: The first and most important rule is common sense with regard to respect for others. Rest and tranquility are a priority. The tenant must not do anything that of his facts or because of his family or his relations, could harm the peace and quiet of the neighborhood, avoiding excessive noise or any other nuisance, especially in the evening. It is strictly forbidden to make noise between 10: 00 pm and 8: 00 am. In the case of a complaint for disturbance of the neighborhood, only the responsibility of the tenant is engaged. In the event of a nuisance, it may be possible to proceed at the request of the neighborhood, or any other complainant, a withholding of €300 from the deposit for compensation to the people who have suffered these nuisances, and the tenant's departure may be requested without the latter being able to request a refund of the balance of the stay. The beds will be made upon arrival with distribution of members of your group in the different rooms according to your wishes. Two bath towels per person for the shower and hot tub are included. For added comfort in the summer, bring a bath towel with you for the pool. Water and cleaning fees are included. There are enough supplies (toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, kitchen essentials, etc.) for two days. Electricity and heating costs are included at a flat rate depending on the period (from €20 to €80 per day). Beyond that, they will be charged €0.20 per kWh. A meter reading will be taken when you check in or, during the winter, when the heating is turned on at least 5 hours before your arrival, and another reading will be taken two hours before your departure. If I don't send you a message before 9:00 a.m. on the day of departure, you won't have to pay any additional electricity charges. The house is equipped with electric heaters in each room, an efficient pellet stove on the ground floor, and a heat pump for the living room, the upper floor, and the kitchen. These fees also include the heating of the jacuzzi and the pool from May to September. For added comfort and savings, the highly efficient pellet stove is available for your use, and we provide you with one bag of pellets per day, which is generally sufficient for 24 hours. We can offer you options: - the bag of logs for the Karlhoffe at €5 - Additional pellet bag for €5 -Pain and croissant at €5 per person if I travel to the bakery that day. We charge €10 per day for pets, which is fully donated to an animal welfare organization. All these surcharges will be paid in cash at the time of the return of the keys. The cottage will be returned in good condition upon your departure. Guest access The accommodation is completely private. All areas are accessible. Other things to note Please note, loud parties are forbidden. Respect for the neighborhood is mandatory.
