Welcome to the Hauts de la Grange. This house is dedicated to QUIET and quiet stays. Noisy events, loud music, and parties are not possible. This place has everything to seduce you: stone walls, stunning valley views and unparalleled calm. Two terraces welcome you: one with 2 large tables, the second with an outdoor private jaccuzi. You will also have access to an indoor sauna. The private heated swimming pool is accessible from May to September. The private pool is heated and accessible from May to September, weather conditions allow. The grounds are fully enclosed, for the safety of children and pets. The accommodation includes a large equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, a mezzanine, two bathrooms, separate toilets on the ground floor, a large and beautiful living room. Two terraces, a laundry room. PLEASE CAREFULLY READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: The first and most important rule is common sense with regard to respect for others. Rest and tranquility are a priority. The tenant must not do anything that of his facts or because of his family or his relations, could harm the peace and quiet of the neighborhood, avoiding excessive noise or any other nuisance, especially in the evening. They are strictly forbidden to make noise between 10: 00 p.m. and 8: 00 a.m. In the case of a complaint for disturbance of the neighborhood, only the responsibility of the tenant is engaged. In case of nuisance, it may be carried out at the request of the neighbor, or any other complainant, a deduction of 300€ on the deposit for the compensation of the people who have suffered these nuisances, and the departure of the tenant may be requested without the latter being able to request the refund of the balance of the stay. The beds will be made upon arrival with distribution of members of your group in the different rooms according to your wishes. The costs of water and cleaning as well as consumables (toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, necessary for cooking, etc.) are included. Towels for toilet, shower, hot tub and pool are not included. Are you responsible for: - electricity and heating costs: The house is equipped with electric heaters in each room, a high-performance pellet stove on the ground floor as well as a heat pump for the living room and floor. There will be a reading of the electric meter when the accommodation is heated in winter, and a reading upon your departure. This also includes hot tub and pool heating from May to September. KWH fee: €0.20 For more comfort and economy, the really efficient pellet stove is at your disposal. 1 bag is usually enough for 24 hours. If you want all the rooms of the house to be heated between 18 and 20 degrees upon arrival and the spa is 37 degrees, please let us know at least 3 days before arrival. The electric meter reading will do at that time. Otherwise, you will need to turn on the heaters and hot tub during installation (allow 5 hours minimum to get 37 degrees in the hot tub). Count between €10 and €30 per day in summer, and between €20 and €50 in winter depending on the temperature you want. When the keys are handed over, a deposit of €300 in cash will be given to us. It will be refunded to you, less electricity costs and options upon your departure. We can offer options: - the bag of logs for the €5 Karlhoffe -the bag of pellets at €5 -Pain and croissant at €5 per person if I travel to the bakery that day. The cottage will be returned in good condition upon your checkout. The only things to take with you will be your towels for the toilet, shower, HOT TUB and pool. Otherwise, we offer the set of one towel and bath and one hand towel at €5 per person. We charge €10 per day for pets, which is fully donated to an animal welfare organization. All these surcharges will be paid in cash at the time of the return of the keys.
