Welcome to Hauts de la Grange. This house is dedicated to CALM and quiet stays. Noisy events, loud music and parties are not possible. This place has everything to seduce you: stone walls, stunning views of the valley and unparalleled calm. Two terraces welcome you: one with 2 large tables, the second with a private outdoor jacuzzi. You will also have access to an indoor sauna. The private heated pool is accessible from May to September. The accommodation has a large equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, a mezzanine, two bathrooms, separate toilets on the ground floor, a large and beautiful living room equipped with air conditioning. Two terraces, a laundry room. PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION CAREFULLY: The first and most important rule is common sense with regard to respect for others. Rest and tranquility are a priority. The tenant must not do anything that, by his actions or those of his family or his relations, could harm the peace and quiet of the neighborhood, avoiding excessive noise or any other nuisance, especially in the evening. It is strictly forbidden to make noise between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. In the case of a complaint for nuisance of the neighborhood, only the responsibility of the tenant is incurred. In the event of a nuisance, a deduction of €300 from the security deposit may be made at the request of the neighborhood, or any other complainant, for the compensation of persons who have suffered these nuisances, and the departure of the tenant may be requested without the latter being able to request reimbursement of the balance of the stay. The beds will be made upon arrival with distribution of the members of your group in the different rooms according to your wishes. Water, cleaning, consumables for the first two days (toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, necessary for cooking, etc.) are included, as is the provision of 2 bath sheets per person. Electricity costs are included up to €20 per day. Beyond that, they will be charged €0.20 per kWh. A meter reading will be done when entering the accommodation or from the start of heating at least 5 hours before your arrival in winter, and another at the exit. The house is equipped with electric heaters in each room, a high-performance pellet stove on the ground floor as well as a heat pump for the living room and the floor and the kitchen. The latter also serves as air conditioning in summer. These fees also include heating of the jacuzzi and the pool from May to September. For more comfort and economy, the really efficient pellet stove is at your disposal. 1 bag is usually enough for 24 hours. If you would like all rooms in the house to be heated between 18 and 20 degrees upon arrival and the hot tub to be at 38 degrees, please let us know at least 3 days before arrival. The electrical meter reading will be done at that time. Otherwise, you will need to turn on the heaters and the Jacuzzi during the installation (allow at least 5 hours to get 37 degrees in the Jacuzzi). these costs are between €10 and €30 per day in summer, and between €20 and €50 in winter depending on the desired temperature and the outside temperature. We can offer you the following options: - the bag of logs for the Karlhoffe at €5 - the bag of pellets at €5 - Bread and croissant for €5 per person if I go to the bakery that day. The gîte will be returned in good condition upon departure. We charge €10 per day for pets, which is fully donated to an animal welfare association. All these supplements must be paid in cash at the time of returning the keys.
