A comfortable bed with direct view to ocean, the sand and the world wide famous Bourle Marx gardens. You will enjoy a cozy and simple atmosphere, with an entire view of Copacabana beach. The bathroom was completely renovated in 2022. The bedroom was redecorated in 2022. Comfortable double bed, fan, and chair. Guest access - Use of kitchen/fridge/microwave not included. The neighborhood is full of great restaurants and cafes. There is a bakery across the street for your breakfast! Grocery store within walking distance. During your stay I always try to greet guests at check-in and say goodbye at check-out. Most of the time I am in the apartment either in my bedroom or in my office. Other things to note - The ceiling fan you can see in the picture was changed for a new one :) - Fee starting at 100 BRL to check in before 3pm (pending on availability) - Fee starting at 100 BRL to check out after 11am (pending on availability) - If you schedule a time with the host it is possible to drop off your bags before the check in time but there is no use of the bedroom nor the bathroom before 3pm. - Please remove your shoes before entering the apartment - Kitchen/Fridge and washer machine not included. We do not provide drinking water or ice. Zona Sul grocery store is 0.1 mile from the building. - We do not provide beach chair and umbrella but you can rent them at the beach. - We don't have common spaces like living room and dining room. - Only the guests included in the reservation are allowed in the building/apartment - outside guests/friends are not allowed
