The space The squirrel cottage is located just 400 meters from the shops of Badefols d'Ans, the 75 m2 single-story house, close to another gîte without opposite, offers a bright living room with kitchenette. Three comfortable bedrooms, including bunk beds and spacious 160 cm beds, warmly welcome you. You have a shower room and a separate toilet. The land offers total freedom, with parking, garden furniture, and a barbecue in front of the cottage. The private pool (6 m x 3 m, depth 1.40 m), open from July 1 to September 15, invites you to relax and its safety is ensured by a bar cover. Nestled in an exceptional natural setting, our two cottages offer you total privacy. Guests have exclusive use of a fishing pond abundantly stocked with fish, located 3 km away, as well as a hectare of dedicated water. For convivial moments outdoors, enjoy the picnic area equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue, accompanied by a boat to explore the pond. Nearby, a range of activities awaits you, from canoeing and hiking to more daring experiences such as quad biking, golf and mountain biking.
