Rizes will introduce you to the traditional side of Kos, away from busy tourist areas, yet still close enough to reach beaches, restaurants, and everything the island has to offer. The space The house blends comfort with a subtle sense of heritage, reflecting the character of the surrounding area. Inside, you’ll find two inviting bedrooms with double beds, designed for restful nights, along with a modern bathroom with a shower and an additional WC for extra convenience. The living space is warm and relaxed, while the fully equipped kitchen and dining area gives you the freedom to enjoy easy meals at home, whether it’s a quiet breakfast or a laid-back dinner after a day of exploring. Guest access Located in Lagoudi Zia, the house is easy to find and has parking just outside. From here, you’re only a short drive from the center of Zia village, known for its local character, small shops, and unforgettable sunset views. Kos Town is about 15–20 minutes away by car, while Kos International Airport can be reached in approximately 20–25 minutes, following the main road, making arrivals and departures smooth and stress-free.
