Ewen is a charming, small hamlet in the Cotswolds, known for its honey-coloured stone cottages, quiet lanes, and unspoiled countryside. With minimal traffic and open fields stretching in every direction, it’s the perfect place to unwind, enjoy fresh air, and embrace a slower pace of life. Close to the source of the River Thames, the village is surrounded by scenic walking paths and gently rolling fields, ideal for leisurely strolls and peaceful afternoons outdoors. Just a stone’s throw from the Coach House, the newly opened Wild Duck pub offers a welcoming atmosphere with cosy fires and delicious locally inspired dishes. A short drive takes you to Cirencester and Tetbury, where you can browse boutiques, antiques, cafés, and restaurants. Don’t miss Jolly Nice, a popular farm shop and café featuring locally sourced produce, artisan groceries, and a relaxed countryside vibe. Though wonderfully tranquil, the Coach House is also well positioned for exploring the wider Cotswolds, making it an ideal base for both relaxation and adventure. Guest access The property is the entire flat, located up the stone stairway. Downstairs is not included. However, there is a seating area which is located behind the garages where you will park. There is soft seating, and a table and chairs for outside dining. Although it is not fully private as the stables next to it are occasionally accessed by gardeners, it is still quiet and has views over the meadow to the river.
