Explore the South Hams from our home in Yealmpton, close to two pubs, riverside walks, 10 minutes from the spectacular coast and 20 mins from beautiful Dartmoor. Situated on the route of the Two Moors Way walk. Our home is clean, well-maintained and fully-equipped for your stay. The house has an unusual spiral staircase, so care is advised with young children, although in our experience they love to climb it! The private garden is a sun-trap and has space for relaxing, eating and reading. The space Enter the house into open plan living space with lounge, large kitchen and adjacent dining area. Upstairs there are two bedrooms and the bathroom, plus a sofa bed downstairs. Perfect for couples or a family stay, up to six people. Bathroom with bath, power shower, sink and toilet. Fast broadband but no TV. Guest access The house will be private to you for your stay. This is our home and so one room is locked. You will have everything you need for your time here. We have maps of the local area and local guidebooks available for you to borrow. Other things to note As well as the two pubs and the village café, Yealmpton has a post office, garage (selling excellent fresh croissants!), village shop and a farm shop all within walking distance. Great for kids with a play park within 100m. Also perfect for visiting Plymouth, Exeter, Salcombe, Bigbury and Dartmouth, with plenty of parking and situated in a quiet cul-de-sac between the A379 and local woodland. The South Hams offer something for everyone, from watersports and walking, to countryside and coast.
