No through traffic, as the house is located at the start of a dead-end street. The house also has a washer and dryer available to you, subject to availability (separate basement entrance, key upon request). Use is by arrangement with us and may be limited or unavailable in individual cases. Use: €4.00 per wash cycle and €4.00 per dryer use, detergent and fabric softener included. 🏛️ For couples or small families: our historic FeWo taubertal (half-timbered house from 1871, Booking Award winner 2026) offers space for up to 6 people, 2 minutes away on foot. Guest access You'll have the entire house (ground floor and upper floor) at your disposal, including the double garage (upon request) for a motorcycle or bicycle. At the back of the house you'll find the garden, reserved exclusively for our guests. The ground floor has direct access to the terrace and garden; the upper floor has a balcony. Since we like to briefly show you how the washer/dryer work, the laundry room key is available upon request. Other things to note What awaits you in the house: all beds, including the sofa beds, come fully made up with a duvet, pillow, and bedding (1 set per booked guest / changed every 2 weeks), hand and bath towels (1 set per booked guest per week), dish towels, tissues, hair dryer, toiletries such as shower gel and shampoo — all included as a matter of course. Both kitchens offer plenty of space and everything you need: coffee maker, toaster, kettle, stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and of course pots, cutlery, glasses, cups, bowls, etc. For little ones, high chairs are available upon request, and cribs including mattress for a small fee (please bring your own sheet and bedding). A small welcome gift featuring a special regional treat. We also provide our guests with a small selection of regional products, such as honey, wine, fresh eggs, sweets, and snacks, which can be enjoyed in exchange for reimbursement. Regional event information, hiking and cycling maps, etc. Free parking on the property. 🚲 Double garage for bicycles/motorcycle, please reserve in advance. As of May 1, 2026, the city has introduced an overnight visitor's tax, which must be paid directly to us on site and is NOT included in the price. The tax is €2.00 per person/night and applies to all overnight stays for guests aged 18 and older. Guests who are not residents of the EU (EU passport) must send a copy of a valid passport to confirm booking (no later than 5 days after booking; if arrival is less than 5 days away, this is required immediately).
