Lovely house with pool & hot tub – close to lake and nature

A charming house for a relaxing stay - here there is a heated pool (from June to September), hot tub (year-round), playhouse, trampoline and grill for wonderful days and evenings. The large garden provides plenty of room for play and socializing. Walking distance to the forest and Lillsjön. By car: 15 minutes to Norrköping's city center 5 min to the closest shopping mall, Ingelsta 30 minutes to Kolmården Zoo 10 minutes to Yxbacken for skiing The space Bedroom 1: King sized sized bed 180*200 Bedroom 2: 120*200 Bedroom 3: 120*200 In the kitchen there is: Dish brush, dish cloth, dish detergent, hand soap and dishwasher detergent. Bathroom: Hand soap In the storage room: Charcoal, lighter fluid, and firelighters are in the guest box in the storage room with blue doors in the garage. Lighters are in the kitchen drawer under the stove. Guesthouse: On the property, there is also a small cabin that is included in the rental. There is a bunk bed with a wider lower bed (120 cm) and an upper bed (80 cm), a 90 cm bed, and a simple foldable extra bed – suitable for children or teenagers, which you can also move into the main house if you want. Lillsjön It is about 1 km to Lillsjön with a dock, sandy beach and nice exercise trails. It takes max 5 minutes by car. It's mostly uphill so walking takes about 20 minutes. We live in the house when we are not renting it out, so we appreciate that our tenants treat the house with care. There is a dog (Cookerpoo) and a cat (farm cat/outdoor cat) living in the house usually. If you want the cat Siv for company during your stay, she can stay. She is mostly outdoors but goes inside to sleep/eat/drink about 2-3 times a day. Otherwise, we'll arrange cat-sitting for Sivan. Guest access When you rent our house, you get access to the entire property and its amenities. For the active, there is also simpler exercise equipment in the storage room under the stairs in the house. Other things to note You must bring your own bed linens and towels. Cleaning is not included, but we expect you to leave the house in the same good condition as when you arrived.
