Stable Cottage, Inkberrow

Stable Cottage is a cosy cottage located on the grounds of our family home. Surrounded by gorgeous countryside it makes a perfect setting for a holiday. Located just off the Worcester Road on the outside of the award winning village of Inkberrow. We are just a couple of minutes from Ragley Hall. The Cottage is ideally situated for exploring Alcester, Stratford Upon Avon, Worcester, Cotswolds, Malvern and Birmingham. The space After driving through the gates and parking your vehicle in the designated parking area you will enter the cottage after passing through a securely fenced outdoor courtyard with seating. On entering the property you will be welcomed by an equipped fully fitted kitchen with dining area. Turning left will take you down a couple of steps to a double bedroom with king size bed, chest of drawers, hanging rail and mirror. Back through the kitchen and up a couple of steps (babygate on these steps) is the lounge area. On your left you will find the downstairs WC. The lounge has a 40” smart TV, wood burning stove and comfy settee along with a desk and coffee table. Going up the stairs takes you into bedroom 2, with a king size bed, dressing table and a cupboard for your clothes off to the side. Turning right you will find the family bathroom with walk in shower, bath and basin. At the other end of the first floor is bedroom 3, a woodland themed twin room with a toybox and lovely feel. Outside if you follow the path to a fenced grassed area over looking the pool you have access to the fire pit where you can relax toast marshmallows and star gaze. Please note off the floor fires only. We are located just a few minutes away from Ragley Hall making Stable Cottage ideal for guests and contractors visiting their events. Guest access Guest Access Prior to arrival you will receive directions and a self check in box code. We generally leave guests to self check in but we live on site should you have any questions. Other things to note Up to two dogs are welcome but should be kept on the lead outside of the stable cottage private courtyard. The cottage sits on a site of ancient woodland and hosts an abundance of wildlife including deer and a huge variety of birds as well as our resident chickens. We welcome guests to see the animals but please be mindful that dogs do not cause stress especially during nesting season. In the wooded area is a large fenced pond caution should be taken around water. Swimming and fishing is not permitted. If you are looking for an extra treat, please contact us prior to booking for breakfast hampers or cream tea sourced from our local farm shop.
