An old country house: come and discover, with family or friends, a renovated cozy space combining the charm of the Argonne and modern comfort! Just 10 km from the Sainte-Menehould motorway exit, 40 km from Verdun and 45 km from Châlons-en-Champagne, make the most of this stay to discover the Argonne and its various World War II memorial sites, or simply relax and enjoy the tranquility and beautiful walks in the forest! The space Our house comprises: - On the ground floor, a large living area with a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, refrigerator, induction cooktop, dishwasher, kettle, Senseo coffee maker, toaster, raclette set, utensils, and a full set of dishes) that opens onto the living and dining room. On the ground floor, there is also a shower room and a separate toilet. - Upstairs, there are 3 spacious, renovated bedrooms: one bedroom with a 140-cm bed and a dressing area, a second bedroom with two 90-cm beds that can be pushed together to form a double bed, and a third bedroom with a sofa bed (120-cm bed for two children or one adult), as well as a crib available. There is a 2nd toilet upstairs. - A garage adjoining the house that can accommodate two cars. - A terrace with a barbecue on enclosed, fenced grounds for your summer evenings! A little ➕🤩: For your evenings, it's game time! The dining room table turns into a pool table🎱, and there's an electronic dartboard to keep the fun going with family or friends! And for your convenience, we provide bed linens and towels! For your information, our house is semi-detached only on the right side, with discreet and respectful neighbors. As in any townhouse, you may sometimes hear slight noises from everyday life (no parties or loud music at their place). We ensure that our guests observe quiet hours (10:00 p.m.–8:00 a.m.) for everyone's comfort. Guest access Self check-in from 4:00 p.m.: for your convenience, a lockbox is available. The code will be sent to you the day before your arrival, with all the useful information for a simple and serene installation. You will have access to the whole house, the outdoor grounds and the attached garage to park two cars. Only a few small technical spaces (local, cellar and outdoor outbuildings) remain private for security and storage reasons. The house is entirely for you throughout the stay: settle in, take the time, enjoy! Other things to note Parties are not allowed to preserve the calm of the neighborhood.
