Washer & Dryer on first floor for ease of use and accessibility. Backyard is over two acres surrounded by woods with a playset for children, fireplace, grill and patio furniture. Basketball hoop in driveway with basketball and other outdoor entertainment in garage. We do keep wood for fireplace stocked for our guests. Please do your best to replenish if possible. Guest access The entire home is available. One attached garage available for use as well. The second garage is used for equipment storage to service property and cannot be accessed by guests. Other things to note • Home has a whole house generator, meaning no power loss ever! •Home is on a well (water is filtered and drinkable) and septic system. Please only use supplied toilet paper and never place anything down the drain except septic-safe products. •Home has multiple blueberry bushes, raspberry patch and other native species throughout the yard.
