The kitchen is well-equipped and functional, perfect for cooking with friends. The living area has Wi-Fi, so you can stay connected even in the mountains. From the panoramic balcony, you can enjoy a splendid, unobstructed view of the valley. What’s more, the fully equipped private garden is perfect for al fresco lunches, breakfasts in the sun, or relaxing after a day of exploring. 🛏 Bedrooms: Two double bedrooms in total — these ensure privacy and comfort, making the property ideal for large families or groups of friends. A single sofa bed is also available in the living room. 🚿 Bathroom: bathroom with a spacious shower and practical, comfortable facilities, designed for a hassle-free and relaxing stay. 🧺 Functional spaces: a washing machine is available to guests, and the spacious rooms allow you to conveniently store your hiking or mountain equipment. 🌳 Outdoor areas and logistics: Free parking in the immediate vicinity, with the option of driving up to the building to unload luggage. Just a few minutes from Acceglio and about a ten-minute drive from Chiappera, the starting point for numerous hiking trails. Some of the most popular destinations include the Stroppia Waterfalls, Lake Visaisa, Rocca Provenzale and Rocca Castello. In winter, the area offers cross-country ski trails and fantastic ski touring routes, making the accommodation an ideal base all year round. The perfect solution for enjoying the mountains in spacious accommodation, in complete freedom and surrounded by nature. 🌿 Guest access The property is easily accessible by car, and, as it is possible to drive right up to the building, you can unload your luggage in complete comfort. Free parking is available in the immediate vicinity. Check-in is flexible: you can collect the keys independently from the key safe, or they can be handed over directly by me or a member of my family, depending on your preference. Other things to note Bed linen and towels are not included as standard, but for a small supplement of €15 per person per stay and with a little advance notice, we will be happy to provide them to make your stay even more comfortable.
