Surrounded by hills of olive trees, it offers total privacy and exclusive spaces to relax at any time of day. Just a few kilometers by car from the center of Rome and very close to beautiful Tivoli, with its Villa d'Este, thermal baths, and Hadrian's Villa. We will be delighted to welcome you to our home. The space The ground floor includes the kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a living room with a double sofa bed and a dining area. On the first floor, we have 2 bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom with a shower, and two small balconies. Outside, there is a patio equipped with a gazebo, tables for outdoor dining, a barbecue area, and a garden. Guest access The entire private area surrounding the home and the parking lot.
