Our furry friends are welcome 🦮🐈‍⬛ (fenced property) The space Charming 80 m² house on a wooded and fully fenced 1,500 m² plot. Located in the commune of La Force, you will find local shops to make your vacation easier and allow you to fully enjoy the Dordogne! The Gîte Alizéa is located near Château 🏰 de Monbazillac (tour and wine tasting), Château 🏰 de Monestier, and the historical landmarks of the Bergerac area. - Périgueux is 40 km (25 miles) away. - Sarlat is 50 km away It consists of 3 bedrooms with a dressing room: • 2 bedrooms with 140 cm double bed • 1 bedroom with 160 cm bed 🚧Household linen and bed linens are not provided; an additional charge of €35 is required for an impeccable laundry service 👌 (please indicate when booking) You will enjoy a beautiful, bright living space with a living room, sitting area, and open-plan kitchen, fully equipped for optimal comfort. Outside, everything is designed for relaxation: • Large terrace with pergola, dining table, and Weber barbecue • Pool area (6.5 x 3.5 m) 🏊 with garden furniture and deckchairs • Petanque court for fun times with family or friends😃 🔅A small, peaceful cocoon 🧘 for the whole year! Bike rides, hiking, walks, relaxation—all you have to do is drop off your luggage 🧳 and enjoy your vacation!!🙏 Gîte Alizéa also welcomes guests on public holidays, Christmas (minimum 3 nights), and New Year’s Day (minimum 3 nights). 🚨Our furry friends 🐶🐈 are welcome at our place!!😻 The cottage is open year-round!!! Guest access The whole property is at your disposal Only the pool shed with the filtration system and the gray outdoor shed at the back of the property are inaccessible. Pool and outdoor lawn maintenance to be discussed together! No pets allowed in the pool Access to the pool for children is the responsibility of the parents (see pool precautions) Clean the barbecue upon checkout! Other things to note ℹ️ Useful info: 🏊The pool is open from mid-June to mid-September.
