Located right by the forest, 800 meters (a 10-minute walk) from a well-maintained, sandy, clean municipal beach on Lake Selmęt Wielki. The house has a floor area of 100 square meters and can accommodate up to 8 people. The property is fenced and very well maintained. Additionally, free parking is available in front of the property, and free Wi-Fi is provided. The space HOME DESCRIPTION:  The house is located on a well-developed plot of land – approximately 600 square meters – which includes: Garden  sandbox Stationary grill 2 large, comfortable terraces, including one covered terrace measuring 24 m² Outdoor standing clothes dryer Garden furniture – a large table with chairs, a comfortable outdoor sofa, a coffee table, and atmospheric lighting Deck chairs and sun loungers a view of the beautiful forest from both terraces Ground floor Living room with fireplace, lounge furniture, TV, lamp, and disco ball Living room with access to a covered, very large, comfortable terrace – on the terrace, there is a large table, chairs, and benches. Dining room: table + chairs Fully equipped kitchen: fridge-freezer, stove with oven, dishwasher, electric kettle, set of dishes, cutlery, pots, and pans. Additionally, for new customers, we always provide a clean sponge, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablets, and garbage bags. Bathroom with a Jacuzzi hot tub Comfortable, atmospheric Finnish dry sauna Bathroom – hand towel, 3 rolls of toilet paper each (top and bottom) Upstairs 4 double bedrooms – each with an extra blanket per bed ironing board and iron A comfortable bathroom with two sinks, a shower, and a washing machine, plus a hairdryer, hand towels, and liquid soap. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house and the property, plus free parking. Other things to note Additional electricity usage fees of PLN 1.20 per kWh. The meter reading is recorded when guests check in and check out. We allow pets – additional fees of PLN 30 per pet per night or PLN 200 per week apply.
