House close to the lake, with garden and fireplace

The holiday home of the family Kuttner is located in the middle of Menz in Brandenburg, an idyllic place between Rheinsberg, Fürstenberg and Gransee. The Roofensee, one of the most beautiful and clearest lakes in this area, is about 7 minutes away on foot, the Stechlinsee about 6km. There are two large bedrooms, each with a double bed and an extra bed. There is a sofa bed in the living room. The large kitchen-living room has a fireplace and a large sliding door to the garden. The space You have the house to yourselves and plenty of space. Both bedrooms are large and offer a nice retreat. The kitchen-living room is the heart of the house; you can sit and eat together at the large table, even in larger groups. The fireplace is easy to use and quickly spreads pleasant warmth on somewhat uncomfortable days. We are providing a bit wood. On the sofa in the living room you can just relax or read. There is also room for playing and toys are available. There is a small but screened garden where you can enjoy the sun and have a very relaxed barbecue. There is a kicker and a table tennis table in the attic. I can put out various garden games like boules or Swedish chess (kubb). There is also a swing in the garden. You are right in the centre of village and can start beautiful walks from here, for example once around the Roofensee, then you have done 7 km. Guest access You have access to all parts of the ground floor. In the attic you will find the table tennis table and the table football. Since we also use the cottage privately ourselves, it is not completely empty and clean. I will of course clear away as much as possible, just so you are aware. There is a stock of spices and oil etc. Feel free to use them. If you use quite a lot, just buy more. Tip: Please bring slippers, especially in the cooler season. In a country house like this, the floor can be quite cold. Other things to note There is a swing and toys in the garden. Tables, chairs and deckchairs for outside are available. A fire bowl and a charcoal grill are available.
