Goods/luggage can be driven to the access path about 25 meters from the cabin. Pets are not allowed and smoking is not allowed in the cabin. The cabin is located in the beach zone on a cliff by Susebukta sandy beach. It has a fantastic south-facing view of Tjøme, Tønsberg Tønne and the idyllic Stauper archipelago. It is 30 meters to the water, private jetty and pitch. The jetty is prepared so that you can dock with a light boat type daycruiser, rib, archipelago jeep etc. There is 1 berth with mooring in the morning/wind and jetty. All use of the jetty is at your own risk. Sandefjord city center is about 8 min drive away, Tønsberg city center about 25 min. Via the seaway it is significantly shorter to Tønsberg jetty than Sandefjord city center. Soccer fields at Solløkka are 2 km away, and a number of hiking opportunities in the nearby area Årø and Knattholmen. There is a summer ferry from Årø over to Veierland and Tjøme. The cabin is about 240 sqm, 3 floors with kitchen and living/dining room in the middle floor. 3 bathrooms, one on each floor (one with washing machine and dryer, and one with large bathtub). The living room has a large sofa, gas fireplace, and dining table with space for all residents. Private basement room. Broadband with 5G solution is installed. The cabin has a large open kitchen solution with corner fridge, wine cabinet, freezer, coffee machine with grinder, coffee maker, 2 dishwashers, integrated oven and microwave, smoothie machine, and otherwise most of what you need for cooking in a kitchen, glass and tableware. Special needs can be arranged before arrival. There are a total of 7 bedrooms, 5 rooms with 180 cm double bed, and 1 room with single bed. In the basement living room, it is also possible to make up several beds on the sofa bed and mattresses. A total of 11 beds, 1-2 on sofa bed, 1-2 sofa bed basement living room, 2-4 on mattress/camp bed. The sandy beach below is owned by the landowner and used by cottage owners. The cabin has a large barbecue, outdoor furniture; Lounge/dining group with room for 8 people on the south side (corner sofa and 3 chairs), 4 large camping chairs and 2 camping tables that can be moved around, 2 sun beds. Tenants can use the SUP, as well as an outdoor box with garden toys for all ages, including a small splash pool, some equipment for crab fishing, bocha and kubb. The cabin has a TV with basic package Canal Digital. There is very good coverage in the area with Telenor base station just across the strait less than 500 meters away as the crow flies. When the tenant takes over the cabin, there will be a couple of days of consumption with washing products, soap bath, toilet paper, as well as 2 full tanks of gas, 1 for gas fireplace and 1 for barbecue. Beyond this, the tenant must provide consumables and fill gas. For rentals of 1 week duration, check-in is on Mondays, and check-out is on the following Sunday. Times are agreed upon.
