The space The interior is spacious with an airy open plan design, with double living rooms flowing into a smaller dining area, adjacent to the kitchen. The kitchen is a modern style with adequate storage and a handy kitchen island cart placed in the middle. There is a small laundry room with a washer and dryer near to the bedrooms and kitchen. All three bedrooms have queen-sized beds, are air conditioned and have ceiling fans, with cozy window seats and adequate closet space. If you wish to relax or have a small private gathering, there is a charming sunroom, located on the left upon entering the living room, which is outfitted with a small bar, bar stools, lounge chairs and lovely antique furnishings. On the outside, overlooking the beautiful garden and breathtaking ocean, there is an outdoor covered patio on the ground floor, ideal for breakfast or lunch as well as a covered roof top, decked out with a mini bar, lounge chairs and swinging seat perfect for entertaining; when decorated with bright, colourful lights this area is sure to be mesmerizing at night, as you unwind to the soothing sounds of the waves. If you wish to sunbathe and indulge in some lazy days, there is also a shared garden for you to do just that! It is off the street with a parking lot, which can hold approximately four vehicles comfortably. There is also a private cottage on property, which is separated from the main property by a gate. ***Optional car rental add-on for just US$75.00 per day.*** Guest access Guests have full access to the property as they rent our home away from home. Other things to note Parties & Gatherings, No parties, barbecues or gathering of 12 or more outside guests shall be held on any of the common property areas (terrace, pool deck etc) without permission from the Property Management Company obtained no less than 48hrs in advance.
