There is a full 30 or 50amp RV hookup (with sewer) also available as an add-on, if requested. Please inquire with the Host. The space As you enter, you'll find yourself in an open concept living area, with the living room flowing seamlessly into the kitchen. The bedrooms, bathrooms, and laundry are down the hallway from the main living area. The primary bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. Guest access Guests are welcome to use all areas of the house and yard. This includes two private bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and even a comfortably furnished outdoor living space. You'll also have access to expected amenities such as air conditioning, laundry facilities, and plenty of free parking on the premises, including space for RV, and boat trailer. There are several key wildlife and birding spots in/near Sabine Pass, most notably Sabine Woods, a premier bird sanctuary, and the Texas Point National Wildlife Refuge, both located directly in or immediately adjacent to Sabine Pass. These sites are renowned stopovers for migratory songbirds, raptors, and coastal waterfowl along the Texas coast. Also, check out McFaddin National Wildlife Refuge and Sea Rim State Park nearby, or the Pleasure Island Marina to access the Gulf waters. We welcome you for a short, mid, or long-term stay. Check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out is 11:00 AM. For early check-in, please request before 10:00 AM, which is subject to availability and a $35 fee. Late check-out requests until 2:00 PM require prior notification before 5:00 PM the day before departure and incur a $35 fee if approved. Unauthorized late check-out will result in a $75 fee, and departure after 2:00 PM will be charged a full night's stay.
