Nice house with balcony, courtyard and land outside, stunning views of the Aire Valley in the heart of the Argonne and its forest. The house is located in a charming little village, where there is an 18th century castle and a Cistercian abbey. Many walks are possible, such as the historic Sergeant York circuit (4 km), as well as the possibility of walking and cycling on forest paths. 18 minutes away, Animal Park, Olizy 44 minutes away, historic sites, Verdun The space The entrance to the accommodation overlooks a spacious kitchen. A small hallway serves the bathroom (shower and sink) and toilet and allows access to the basement and the outdoor courtyard where you can sit to eat. Then, from the living room, there is the possibility of accessing the floor by a slightly steep staircase or going out on a small balcony overlooking the valley. Upstairs there is one bedroom with double bed and one attic bedroom with two single beds. Other things to note Regarding cleaning, you are asked to do what is necessary before leaving the premises. Cleaning products are in the kitchen sink cabinet and in the basement stairwell (vacuum cleaner in the living room cabinet). The minimum of tidy dishes and a clean floor would be nice for your host. Thank you in advance. For the bedrooms, you have the choice to bring fitted sheets, pillowcases and duvet covers.
