Welcome to “Apartment by Janzen.” This approximately 80-square-meter (860-square-foot) vacation rental, with its well-thought-out layout, offers flexible space for up to 3 people (up to 5 people upon request) and combines modern comfort with a quiet, central location in a well-maintained residential complex. The apartment is furnished to a high standard and ideal for families, small groups, or business travelers. Bedroom 1 is furnished with a comfortable double bed (180 cm). Other things to note Bedroom 2 has a queen-size bed (140 cm). In the inviting living room, you will find a flat-screen TV, a cozy sofa (which can be used as an additional sleeping area if needed), and access to the balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped and allows for independent self-catering. The modern bathroom has an accessible walk-in shower. Wi-Fi is included, and a private parking space is available right at the property. The apartment impresses with its versatility: The Mathias Hospital is located in the immediate vicinity (ideal for family members). Downtown Rheine, the Emsgalerie, and cultural facilities are just a few minutes away. The nearby Ems River and bike paths offer excellent recreational opportunities. Important information: Check-in is normally possible from 3:00 p.m. Check-out is no later than 12pm. The key handover takes place on weekdays at set times; arrivals outside of these times and on weekends are possible by prior arrangement. Bedding is available for an additional fee. A towel package can also be added for an additional fee. Final cleaning is not included in the rental price and will be charged separately. - Towel fee: €9 per stay
