The space Tucked away on the outskirts of Melksham in Wiltshire, this charming self-contained annex offers a peaceful and private retreat, perfect for those looking to relax and unwind while still being within easy reach of some of the area's most beautiful destinations. Set behind a gated driveway and stone wall off the road, the annex enjoys a lovely setting and views across open fields to the rear. It is located adjacent to the main house, but is entirely self contained with its own private entrance, allowing guests to enjoy a comfortable and independent stay. Inside the space is thoughtfully designed in an open plan layout, combining a cosy lounge and well equipped kitchen. The kitchen includes everything you need for a relaxed stay, including microwave, hob, fridge freezer and essentials for cooking and dining. The lounge is welcoming with French doors opening onto the rear deck, filling the room with natural light. A piano adds a unique and homely touch for those who enjoy music. The bedroom features a comfortable king size bed with storage to make you stay easy and restful. The modern wet room includes and electric walk in shower, toilet and contemporary finishes. To the rear the decked area over looks open countryside, perfect for morning coffee in the good weather or evening drinks, or simply to soak up the surroundings. The annex is ideally situated for exploring the area, with beautiful countryside walks and dog-friendly routes close by. Guest access Guest have full private access for the duration of their stay in the annex. The space is self contained with its own entrance. The large driveway is shared with the main house, with lots of room for multiple cars. Self check in is available via a key safe so that you can arrive at a time to suit you after check in. Full details will be provided prior to your arrival. To the rear guest can enjoy a decked area which is separated by trellis from the decking of the main house. The sun shines on the terrace until the late afternoon. The annex is located adjacent to the main house but is entirely separate, ensuring privacy throughout your stay. The owner has dogs who are very friendly. Other things to note Towels are provided for guests ready for your arrival along with milk which will be waiting for you in the fridge
