However, to ensure the safety of the property, neighbours, animals, and all guests, ALL events, visitors, and additional attendees must be discussed and approved in advance before booking. Please note: • The standard booking covers registered overnight guests only • Additional visitors, event attendees, or unregistered guests may incur extra charges • Event fees will vary depending on guest numbers, parking requirements, noise levels, event setup, and activity details • Unauthorized parties, undeclared guests, excessive noise, or property misuse are strictly prohibited • Security bond / deposit is required for large groups, events, or special occasions We are very happy to work with guests to create memorable experiences — we simply ask for honest communication and respect for the estate. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 🔐 Guest Verification & Check-in Requirements To ensure the safety and security of our property, guests, neighbours, and on-site facilities, the primary booking guest may be required to provide a clear photo of a valid government-issued photo ID (passport or driver's licence) prior to check-in.
