The space This home was originally built in the early 1900s and we have spent nearly 2 years restoring and rebuilding the space to ensure it if comfortable, safe, and suitable for all types of travelers...even the furry ones! The home is situated on a large lot and on a quiet street with plenty of parking. The yard is fenced and there is plenty of space for your pup to stretch their legs in the backyard and around the home. The home is ideal for 2 travelers but the sofa is a sleeper and has a queen mattress that is quite comfortable. Extra linens are provided. If time allows, main street is within walking distance or a short drive and we highly encourage you to check out the local attractions in Tonopah and our neighboring towns. A guest guide is provided in the home with suggestions and helpful information! While Tonopah is a small town, we do have a great grocery store (Raleys) to purchase any needed items and/or ingredients to cook a meal. We have provided basic spices and the kitchen is stocked with plenty of cooking tools, bowls, and serving dishes. If you want to try out some local restaurants, we have a couple of great options in town. If you are traveling with your furry family member, please let us know! A welcome kit for your pup will be provided along with some suggested pet-friendly activities! Guest access The entire home and yard will be your space during your stay! Other things to note Tonopah is a small town in the high desert and has an elevation of 6000ft. We have a volunteer fire department and ambulance service but please know that there is no emergency services or hospital in town . We want to ensure the safety and health of our guests so please be advised of this prior to booking. This also applies to our furry guests - the closest emergency vet is in Bishop, CA.
