The African-inspired decor, with a large palm tree and selected decorative elements, gives the living area a unique vacation flair. Various board games are also available for social evenings. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need for your stay. The modern bathroom has the essential amenities, and in the bedroom you will find a large, comfortable bed for restful nights. For safety reasons, open flames are not permitted. High-quality, battery-operated LED candles with remote control are therefore available for a cozy and romantic atmosphere. Exclusive private spa area The absolute highlight of the accommodation is your private wellness area, which is exclusively available to you during your entire stay. You can access the spacious terrace directly from the bedroom. On the right side is the paved wellness area with an outdoor sauna and a cozy lounge area. This area has been designed in such a way that neighbors cannot see directly into it, and you can enjoy your wellness break in pleasant privacy. On the left side, another lovingly designed relaxation area awaits you. This area is fully covered, so you can enjoy the hot tub in almost any weather. There you will find the jacuzzi, a spacious floating lounger for relaxing, as well as a large palm tree and stylish African decorative elements that create a unique vacation feeling. If necessary, additional curtains can be closed to make the area even more private and to enjoy undisturbed wellness moments. Guest access Access to the private wellness area Your apartment comes with an exclusive private wellness area, which is exclusively available to you during your entire stay. It is directly accessible from your accommodation, so you can enjoy your break undisturbed at any time. As this is a purely private spa area, there are no fixed usage or quiet times. Whether in the morning, during the day or late in the evening – the hot tub and sauna are available 24/7. Enjoy your wellness break at your own pace. We wish you relaxing hours and a memorable stay! Other things to note Important information for your stay So that you can enjoy your stay without any worries and so that all guests as well as our neighbors feel comfortable, we ask that you carefully read and observe the following instructions. 🔥 Open flames For safety reasons, open flames are not permitted anywhere inside or outside the property. This includes, among other things, candles, barbecues or similar sources of fire. For a cozy and romantic atmosphere, we have provided you with high-quality, battery-operated LED candles with a remote control. We hope for your understanding – your safety and the protection of our property are our top priorities. 🚭 Smoking Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the entire interior. This applies to both conventional cigarettes and e-cigarettes. Of course, we have set up a separate smoking area outside, which you are welcome to use. If the smoking ban indoors is violated, we reserve the right to report the incident to Airbnb and, if necessary, to claim the costs incurred. 🐾 Pets Dogs are generally welcome with us. However, we ask that you coordinate this with us prior to your arrival. Bringing a dog is only possible by prior arrangement so that we can prepare everything optimally for your stay. 🔇 Quiet hours, music & parties Our place is a spot for rest and relaxation. Since the property is located in a residential building, we attach great importance to respectful and considerate interactions with our neighbors. Parties, celebrations and loud music are expressly not allowed in our accommodation and will not be tolerated. We ask that you keep the noise level in the room at a pleasant, reasonable level throughout your stay. This applies both during the day and in the evening and at night, as well as when using the hot tub. Please note that music, conversations and other noises can be clearly heard in neighboring apartments, especially in the evening hours. We want to give our guests a wonderful stay while maintaining a good relationship with our neighbors. Therefore, we expect all guests to respect the peace and privacy of the residents of the building at all times. Thank you for your consideration and understanding. 📩 Information prior to arrival Before your check-in, we will provide you with all the important information about your accommodation. We ask that you read it carefully and pay attention to it so that your stay goes smoothly from the outset. ♨️ Use of the hot tub To ensure that the whirlpool remains in perfect condition over the long term, we ask for your help: * Of course, you can adjust the water temperature at any time to suit your personal preferences. * Please switch off the massage jets again after use. * Please do not change any other settings on the hot tub. * After each use, carefully close the cover again. By taking these small steps, you will help maintain the water quality and keep the hot tub in optimal condition for your entire stay. ⚠️ Important note regarding compliance with our house rules We would like to expressly point out that compliance with the house rules listed above is an important prerequisite for a pleasant and respectful stay. In particular, parties, excessive noise, disturbance of the peace and disregard of our house rules will not be tolerated. If there are significant or repeated violations of our house rules during your stay, we reserve the right to report the incident to Airbnb immediately and to arrange for your stay to be terminated early and for you to be asked to leave the property. In such cases, the stay may be terminated without any entitlement to a refund of the remaining accommodation costs, insofar as this is permitted under the applicable statutory provisions and Airbnb's policies. Please note that all house rules and information will be provided to you before your arrival. We therefore expect you to read them before booking or arriving and to comply with them throughout your stay. Our goal is not to restrict your stay, but to enable you to have a pleasant and relaxing time while also protecting the peace and well-being of our neighbors.
