Welcome to Drôme! We will be delighted to host you in our fully equipped cottage, where you can relax after busy days spent exploring our beautiful region. Whether you're on vacation or on a business trip, come and enjoy a beautiful and convenient house for 5 guests. ✦ GREAT LOCATION It is located 2 minutes from the A7 motorway exit No. 16, in the Champgrand business park. The space Relax with the whole family at this 80 m² peaceful place to stay. This cottage has 2 large, spacious bedrooms (20 m²) on the 2nd floor. The first bedroom has a double bed (140 × 200 cm) and a single bed (90 × 190 cm), along with a dressing area and a dresser. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm), a dressing area, a wall closet, and a safe. Covered terrace equipped with garden furniture, griddle, and fitness equipment (treadmill, exercise bike, and elliptical trainer). Option to play pétanque in front of the accommodation. Vercors: Beautiful hikes and the Resistance Museum to visit, 1.5 hours away Romans: 35 minutes to the City of Shoes, as well as major brands and key avenues. Grau-du-Roi: Fancy a day at the beach? Beach 1.5 hours away Uzès, 1 hour 40 minutes away: a must-see! The Haribo factory, which you can visit as much as you like, the Pont du Gard, the Bambouseraie, and the Cévennes steam train.
