This cottage has very good insulation that keeps it cool in summer and makes heating easier in winter. An ideal place for lovers of nature, hiking and tranquility, not overlooked, in the middle of a lush 5,000 m² park, surrounded by hornbeam hedges that offer their refreshing shade during the summer heat. 500 meters from the gîte, via a small private footpath, in the heart of the oak and hornbeam woods, you can access a wooded, shaded, secluded and private area on the bank of the Creuse River, where you can relax and let yourself be lulled by the murmur of the water over the pebbles. In summer, you can cool your feet in the water there and have a picnic at a table provided for this purpose. Our vacation home is a 3-minute drive from the very beautiful village of La Celle-Dunoise, with its swimming area, tennis court, equestrian center and 2 restaurants.
