The property shares the main entrance with another private apartment. Once inside the property, each accommodation has its own completely independent entrance, ensuring privacy for all guests. The condominium is fumigated periodically as a preventive measure, but due to the humid tropical climate and surrounding vegetation, small insects such as ants may occasionally appear. Please do not leave food uncovered and keep doors closed to help prevent this. The resort is still under development, so construction activity may be visible or audible nearby during daytime hours.
