Welcome to the annex, a charming T3 located on the first floor of a terraced house, ideal for a comfortable and pleasant stay. Bright and decorated with care, the accommodation offers a warm atmosphere where you quickly feel at home. It is located in a quiet area, close to the A36 motorway and very well connected (bus and train), offering easy access to your travels. The space You will particularly appreciate the soft and soothing atmosphere of the two bedrooms, double beds, designed to offer you real restful nights, with a practical and pleasant workspace if needed. The living room, cozy and warm, is perfect to relax after a busy day or share a friendly moment around a meal thanks to the integrated dining area. The kitchen, separate, modern and fully equipped, allows you to cook easily as at home. The bathroom with a small bathtub is functional and comfortable, with separate toilets for more convenience. Finally, the loggia is a real plus: a pleasant space to enjoy a quiet moment, have a coffee or simply relax. Guest access Access to housing is through a pedestrian gate overlooking the property. Once inside, just walk along the house to reach the external staircase leading to the apartment located on the first floor. Part of the garden is reserved for the terraced house (in front of the veranda, after the external staircase), as well as the parking courtyard. They are not part of the accessible spaces with the annex’s accommodation. The rest of the garden is shared. By car, access A36 motorway in 5 min. By public transport, very well connected accommodation: - Bus 2 minutes walk, with the high frequency line 3 directly serving the TGV station (25 min), the northern hospital Franche Comté (19 min), the UTBM-sites of Sevenans and Belfort (15 min each), the city center of Belfort and its train station (11 min), commercial area of Andelnans (9 minutes). - Danjoutin station is a 5-minute walk away, with direct connection to the TGV station and Belfort ville station on the Franco-Swiss line Belfort-Delémont. Other things to note You can park for free on the street, or in adjacent streets. In accordance with French legislation, the concierge service will ask foreign nationals to complete a police form.
