Settle into this charming old house, renovated to provide all the comforts you need. Located in the peaceful village of Lanans, it's the perfect place to meet up with family, friends or simply enjoy a few quiet days in the heart of the Franche-Comté countryside. The space The heart of the house is a large, bright living room where the kitchen, dining room and living room come together in a cozy atmosphere. It's the perfect place to share a meal, play board games, or just relax after a day of exploring. On sunny days, the terrace will allow you to have breakfast in the sun, read quietly, or enjoy the long summer evenings. The fully equipped kitchen will allow you to prepare your meals as you would at home (dishes, utensils, appliances, etc.). You will also have a fully renovated bathroom as well as two separate toilets, a real plus for stays with several people. Sleeps: Bedroom 1: a comfortable double bed with storage space. Bedroom 2: two single beds (90 x 180 cm). Bedroom 3: two single beds (100 x 200 cm). The house can thus comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. We hope you feel at home here and enjoy your stay to the fullest! Guest access As soon as you arrive, take advantage of a parking space right in front of the house to settle in with ease. Other things to note Lanans is a small, quiet, and pleasant village, ideal for recharging your batteries while staying close to the main tourist attractions of the Doubs. Within a few minutes by car, you will find essential shops (bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, etc.), particularly in Bouclans, Baume-les-Dames or Sancey. The house also serves as an excellent base for exploring the region: • Besançon and its Citadel (about 30 minutes away) • Ornans, the Little Venice of Franche-Comté, and the Loue Valley • Baume-les-Dames and the banks of the Doubs (about 15 minutes) • Maîche and the Dessoubre Valley (about 30 minutes away) Outdoor activity: • Many hiking trails and mountain bike routes (starting from the house) • Canoeing, climbing, fishing, Via Ferrata (Maiche; Ornans) • Small medieval village of Belvoir (craft market every Friday evening in July and August) • Dino Zoo; Les Compaines family park; Guiguitte en folie children's amusement park Museums: • Courbet Museum in Ornans; • Peugeot Museum in Sochaux • Time Museum in Besançon • Museum of the Resistance and Deportation in Besançon (approx. 30 min) • Musée des Maisons Comtoises in Nancray (approx. 20 min) After your days of exploration, you will appreciate the calm of the village and the warm atmosphere of the house.
