The villa was built in 1960 and totally renovated in 2017. We kept the style of the sixties and Mediterranean outdoors. The house is equipped with all modern amenities. It has a stunning sea view. It has the sea just downstairs where you can swim and is 150 meters from the beach. It's on a pedestrian street. The Balear government requires a tourist tax of 2€50 per day per person, collected in cash by the owner. Guest access There are two car parks on arrival in San Telmo (Sant Elm en Majorquin), free parking and paid parking. Do not park in these parking lots.
