Modern self-contained annex

Welcome to our bright, modern, fully self-contained annex, tucked away behind our home in a quiet residential area of Bristol. Perfect for a relaxing stay whilst being close to everything Bristol has to offer. The annex has its own entrance you access from the lane behind our street so you can come and go freely in your own space. It also has a small courtyard- there in no access to the main family garden. The space Brand new 1 bed annex, open plan with kitchenette and bathroom with monsoon shower. It has a king-sized Murphy bed (pull down) which can be put away to give extra living space. There is a single day bed for extra guest. The annex is in the garden of our family home, we have three children. Guest access Private access to the property is via the back lane directly behind the main road. There is a coded gate and then access via the annex front door and keys are kept in a lock box. The french doors of the property will be kept locked so you can't access the family garden.
