Located at the crossroads of the Gironde, Dordogne and Charente Maritime, close to the vineyards of Saint Emilion, Pomerol and Pineau, this maisonette in the heart of a country hamlet awaits you for your quiet nature stay. Independent single-storey house (51 m2), it has a spacious bedroom of 22 m2, a new kitchen equipped with all comforts, a living room of 17 m2, a new bathroom and a pleasant garden with trees. Renovation with eco-friendly materials. The space The cleaning fee is optional. It is €35 per week, or €5 per night. The tenant can bring their own linen, or choose to rent it: €5 per person for towels, and €10 per bed for sheets. A security deposit of €150 is required upon arrival, payable in cash or by check. The refund will be made on the day of departure, if no damage has been found by the establishment. Please note that for stays of less than 5 nights, the property does not require a security deposit.
