The space 🛏️ One bedroom equipped with a very comfortable 160-cm bed 🛁 Modern bathroom with shower and toiletries provided 🍳 Fully equipped kitchen for preparing your meals independently 📺 Cozy living room for relaxing, plus a desk area for working remotely 🚶‍♂️ Right in the city center, with all amenities within walking distance 🌊 The banks of the Seine are just 3 minutes away 📍 Caudebec-en-Caux / Rives-en-Seine is located: • 1 hour from Étretat, Le Havre, and Deauville • 30 minutes from Rouen 🍎 The surrounding area is teeming with local producers: cider, goat cheeses, and more. We are also located on the berry route. 🍓​​ Guest access You will receive all check-in instructions on the same day starting at 12:00 p.m. Other things to note The space ✅ Is the place suitable for children? Yes, absolutely! There is a cot and an extra mattress with sheets included (please request it; additional cost €7). ✅ Can we cook on site? Absolutely. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking hobs, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, full dishes, pots, pans, oil, salt & pepper. ✅ Is the wifi reliable? (Currently being set up) Yes, the house has very high speed wifi, ideal for remote work or streaming. ✅ Is the place quiet? Yes, the environment is peaceful, perfect for resting or working serenely. ✅ Is there AC? There's a heater in the space, but there's no air conditioning. Thanks to the materials and orientation, the house stays cool in the summer. 🚗 Parking and access ✅ Is parking included? Yes, free parking is available right in front of the building, subject to availability, and free parking is also available directly on-site a few meters away. ✅ How does check-in work? Check-in is self check-in via a lockbox. You will receive all detailed instructions on the same day from 12:00 p.m. This allows you to arrive in complete freedom, at a time that suits you😊. 🌳 Outdoor & Activities ✅ Things to do nearby? The Seine is just a 5-minute walk away, perfect for walks, cycling along the Véloroute Verte for several hundred kilometers, or picnics along the river. The city center also offers some good local spots. 🐾 Animals ❌ No pets allowed, thank you for your understanding. 🛎️ Booking & services ✅ Is linen provided? Yes, sheets & towels are included for maximum comfort. ✅ Can I check in earlier or check out later? Depending on availability, an early check in or late check-out may be possible. This service is optional: - Each additional hour is €10. - A 4-hour package, for example, 2 hours for check-in and 2 hours for check-out, costs €25.
