A big old house with a large garden in the very center of Mariehamn. In total 12 beds. The rooms are a spacious and with a lot of light. A nice place for the big family and friends with plenty of room for dining and cooking as well as five separate rooms to sleep in (three bedrooms and two combined rooms). This is our home and therefore is it a personal touch in everything. Large groups can combine this accommodation with: airbnb.com/h/oas-mitt-i-centrala-mariehamn (for totally 17 guest) The space THE ENTRANCE FLOOR Here you find a big kitchen with kitchen table, a large living room, a combined dining area and sleeping area with 4 beds, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with wc, shower and washing machine. There is also a small bed sofa for a small person (80*190cm) in the living room. The big sofa is also comfortable for sleeping if you are a big company (comparable to two to three single beds). SECOND FLOOR Here you find three separate rooms to sleep in: two bedrooms with two single beds each, a bigger room combined with kitchen, living room and two single beds, a big hall and a bathroom with wc, shower and washing machine. If you need a baby bed just ask for it while booking (possible to put in any room). Outdoor is a big veranda connected to your accommodation and also a very big garden to use for barbecue or playing :) The garden is shared. As you see the house is big enough for many people and if you still need extra beds, just ask how it could be arranged! Guest access You have your own entrance and you have a private outdoor area connected to your entrance. You can use the frontside of the garden but that is shared with another accommodation on ground floor (that also ave their separate entrance and outdoor area) . The back of the garden is private (not for guests) and connected to another part of the ground floor used by me and the cleaning company ( mostly for washing and drying sheets and towels). Other things to note Important for you to know is that there have been pets in the house (cats and dogs). Consider that if you have allergies. There is a small apartment connected to the house with a separate entrance where there are other guests to consider. No partying :) The guests are responsible for taking out the garbage, do the dishes and taking out the sheets from the beds in the house before leaving.
