Our unique homestay with a private pond theatre experience tucked away at the foothills of Nandi is designed for slow, memorable getaways. Watch movies under the stars, while unwinding by the water, and wake up to uninterrupted mountain views of Skandagiri, Nandi, Brahmagiri and Chennagiri. With a hammock loft, sunrise-facing sit-outs, and play areas for sports like cricket and basketball, Mrinmaya is perfect for groups looking to relax, reconnect, and experience something different. The space An earthy, open brick home with three cosy bedrooms, one of which is in a loft you can climb into via a ladder from the living room. The loft holds a little surprise: a hammock floor right by a large glass window, overlooking the hills and the sunset… a perfect spot to lie back and just take it all in. The heart of Mrinmaya lies outdoors, a green lawn dotted with plants and a mango tree that quietly watches over the space. There’s a little pond where you can unwind on a recliner, a swing to slow down your thoughts, and a fire pit for those stories that only come alive after sunset. And when the night settles in? An outdoor projector and sound system turn your evenings into cosy movie nights under the stars. If you feel like stepping out of the house, the gated community around Mrinmaya has its own quiet charm : a serene meditation spot by a pond, open courts for a quick game of cricket or basketball, and a small play area for the little ones. With thoughtful spaces all through the property, every moment at Mrinmaya feels a little longer, a little fuller and a little closer to heart! Guest access The entire house is accessible except the third floor and the utility on the first floor. Other things to note 1. A refundable security deposit of ₹3,000 will be collected prior to check-in and fully returned at checkout unless the place requires deep cleaning due to excessive mess or misplacing/damaging any items/furniture at the property. The charges for excessive utensils and unreasonable mess : ₹500, cleaning of Vomit: ₹1,000, staining the bedsheets/vomit on the bedding (needs replacement):₹ 2,000, damages to any fixtures at MRP. 2. One of the bedrooms is in the loft which is accessible from the living room via a ladder. 3. We strictly prohibit consumption of illegal substances and performing illegal activities at the property. 4. Campfire/BBQ grill is available at an additional cost. 5. If smoking, use the outdoor spaces, please use ashtrays for this purpose. 6. We do not allow sticking of any decorations, use of party poppers or confetti. You are responsible for removing any decorations used at the place. 7. Since the property is a rural area, in monsoons, please expect some power cuts. We have a UPS that will run fans and necessary lights. 8. Only the number of people for whom booking is made are allowed into the property. Floating guests are not permitted. Additional guests require prior approval. Drivers and other helps are counted as additional guests if residing in the property. 9. Furniture at the property should not be moved (except chairs). 10. We currently do not offer food at the property. There are restaurants in the 5-6 kms radius. Swiggy/Zomato are deliverable too. Our kitchen is also equipped to cook meals by yourself. We have a pantry of ready to cook items such as maggi/cup noodles which you can use at a charge.
