Perfect for families and groups, the home features a large kitchen, multiple entertaining areas, wraparound verandahs, and a huge deck for outdoor dining. Kids will love the trampoline, while everyone can enjoy the tennis court and pool table. Set amongst farmland and just a 25-minute drive to Warwick, Cottonwood is the ideal place to relax, reconnect, and take in the beauty of the surrounding mountains. Guest access Guests can access the property via the main driveway marked with the “Cottonwood” sign. Follow the driveway as it turns left, then right, leading you to a charming ivy-covered archway and pathway to the house. Parking is available just before the tennis court. Guests are welcome to enjoy all areas within the fenced property, including the gardens, outdoor spaces, and recreational areas. All of the home is open to guests except for the 2 car garage. this is locked off for the cleaners and maintainence team. Other things to note We respect your privacy and will not usually be on the property during your stay. However, we are always available if needed.
