Each tower has three functional lifts in new condition. It's guarded 24x7 with security and CCTV cameras. It has a cafeteria at the ground floor which serves veg & non-veg food. SWIMMING POOL is under maintenance currently The space ★ Each Flat comes with all the facilities that one would require in day-to-day life, Like two Air conditioners (In Bedroom as well as Living Room), an Air Purifier cum Dehumidifier, a refrigerator, a TV, a fully functioning kitchen with micro oven. ❥ There are two Bedrooms. King-sized beds (78"*72") with a memory foam spine friendly mattress, bedroom have Air Conditioning, TV, One bed room has Air Purifier cum Dehumidifier. ❥There is 2 Bathrooms in each flat fitted with separate geyser. So you will have 4 Bathrooms. ❥ Each living/Dining room has ↣ ☑ One Three-seater & one Two-seater sofa cum beds along with Air Conditioner which can accommodate 4 persons easily. So total 6 persons can be accommodated in bed room and living room in each flat. So in two flats, total 12 persons can be accommodated. ☑ The living room also has an attached washroom. So total two bathrooms are available for the convenience of guests in each flat. In two flats, total 4 no of Bathrooms are available. ◈ For those with a flair for cooking, the kitchen comes fully equipped with an induction cooker , refrigerator, microwave (available in one flat) and a range of crockery, cutlery, and glasses. ◈ Each Kitchen is also fitted with A RO+UV water purifier. Kindly use it responsibly. ★ Temple darshan and Mahaprasad can be arranged on request. ★ Cabs for Airport pickup/drop and sightseeing tours are available. ◈Airport transfers are also available ◈ Shri Jagannath Temple is 4kms and the Railway station is 7 km from the property. ★ If you are travelling in a large group I have more 1 Bhk flats. Other things to note Dear Guest, A warm welcome to our homestay 🌸 We want you to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay, so we request you to kindly go through a few house rules: 1. This is a self-service homestay. We will provide the flat in neat and clean condition, and we expect it to be returned in a decent state. In case of excessive dirt, mess, or unwashed utensils, a cleaning fee of ₹1000 will be charged. 2. Please take care of towels and bedsheets. If any are stained or damaged, charges apply: ₹300 per towel and ₹500 per bedsheet. 3. Any damage to property will need to be compensated at actual cost. 4. Smoking inside the flat is strictly prohibited. You may smoke in open areas such as the terrace (accessible 8 AM – 6 PM) or on the ground floor. If smoking is done inside the flat, a fine of ₹1000 will be applicable. 5. Early check-in is subject to availability. If the flat is still occupied by previous guests, early check-in will not be possible. 6. Late check-out without mutual agreement will attract a charge of ₹2000. 7. The flat includes basic utensils (fry pan, tea saucepan, etc.) for light cooking. If you require more utensils, we can provide them against a refundable security deposit of ₹1000, which will be returned once the utensils are returned in clean condition at check-out. 8. In case of any theft, we will be compelled to take legal action as per law. 9. We require valid ID and address proof (Aadhar, Voter ID, Driving Licence, etc.) of all adult guests. (Not required for children.) 10. Please maintain respectful behavior with our security guard, housekeeping staff, neighbors, and fellow guests. 11. Kindly ensure no illegal activities are conducted inside the premises for the safety of everyone. 12. If you have booked multiple flats, please do not move items (e.g., utensils, chairs, towels) from one flat to another. A fine of ₹1000 per flat will apply if this is done. 13. The linens/ towels will be changed once every 3 days/ each time a new guest checks in (whichever is earlier). We truly value your cooperation 🤝.
