## Accommodation L'Arméria is a bright and comfortable villa of 90 m², with a private heated swimming pool and a closed garden with trees, labeled 3 Clévacances and 4 stars. It offers 6 beds: 1 master suite with shower room and 2 bedrooms (1 double bed + 2 single beds), with another independent shower room. The large living space of 45 m², furnished and decorated with care, is open to the south by large windows, on a wooden terrace, ideal to enjoy the garden and the heated pool. The kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of storage space. The Villa is made of wood frame, of bioclimatic conception, offering a healthy and comfortable accommodation all year long. ## Surroundings Our villa is ideally located, in a quiet neighborhood in front of the Bourgenay Golf course, which is a beautiful links, between pines and groves, all with ocean view. Only 500m from the marina, where there are many water activities, and within 1.5 km from the beach Le Veillon. This spot is famous for kite-surfing and windsurfing. The estuary of Payré, near the beach, is a remarkable landscape of Vendée for its nature and its biodiversity. You can walk and discover the activities that exhibit this unique and preserved environment, and oyster farmers of La Guittière, always ready to make you taste their products. On the way to Les Sables d'Olonne, and less than 2 km from our villa, stand the Aquarium de Vendée. A beachfront cycle track offers connections to Les Sables d'Olonne along the bay of Cayola and crossing the Bois de Saint Jean, ideal setting for a bike ride. Gourmets will appreciate Le Cayola, gourmet restaurant with an exceptional view on the Bay. Less than 10 km away, Les Sables d'Olonne also offer some very good addresses for everyone as Le Quai des Saveurs, Les Chardons or l'Abissiou Vendée is also a country steeped in history, and many testimonies of this rich history are available to visitors.
